"Boerderij Blokzijl" is a characteristic, 200 years old, big farmhouse, recently restored into a great place to live in for its owners, to visit and to enjoy hospitality for guests. Ten Boer is a nice country-village in the northern part of the country, in the neighbourhood of the historical city of Groningen with a university, museums, shops and restaurants. Within an hour you reach one of the harbours from where you can make boat trips to the isles in the "Noordzee" or the "Waddenzee".
