Roundwood House

Roundwood is a wonderful, small, 18th century Palladian house close to the magnificent and unspoilt Slieve Bloom Mountains in the heart of Ireland. It is 5km from the main Dublin-Limerick road and just 90mins from the centre of Dublin or from Shannon Airport. The house is surrounded by fine woods of chestnut, beech and lime.

The dining room, drawing room and study contain a large collection of books, paintings and antiques. For children there are games to play, animals to feed, woods to explore and the company of other children. Sportsmen will find riding and three golf courses available locally. There is abundant wildlife in the neighbouring woods and moors. Birr Castle is just 30km away and Kilkenny is 48km.
