Eshott Hall

Margaret and Ho Sanderson are this historic family’s sixth generation to make their home in this beautiful Georgian mansion. The listed, Palladian building by Trollope sits peacefully amongst towering Cedars of Lebanon in 30 acres of gardens and parkland within the family estate who’s lands embrace William the Conqueror’s hunting lodge and castle.

Eshott is close to the heritage coastline and nearby hills of Northumbria yet conveniently situated only about 1 mile from the A1 trunk road and 20 minutes from Newcastle.

The recently refurbished and period-decorated panelled rooms offer style, grace and grandeur which combine well with warm, candlelit, fireside hospitality and cordon bleu cooking offered by this friendly family.

Turn east off A1 trunk road 6 miles north of Morpeth and 9 miles south of Alnwick at Eshott signpost. The Hall gates are approximately one mile down the country lane.
