Drakestone House

Drakestone is a small country estate in one of the most beautiful areas of the Cotswolds. In a magnificent position on the edge of beech woods, it overlooks the Vale of Berkeley and the distant Welsh mountains.

The house is a fine example of an Arts & Crafts building and the gardens, which the family are restoring, were laid out by Hugh’s grandparents in the style of the period. Hugh and Crystal offer you a very warm welcome and a relaxing and enjoyable stay in their home.

Berkeley Castle and Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust are only four miles away, while Westonbirt Arboretum, Bath, Cheltenham and Gloucester lie within easy reach. A no smoking house.

Northbound travellers leave M5 at exit 14, southbound travellers at exit 13. Drakestone is situated between Dursley (3 miles) and Wotton-under-Edge (3 miles) on B4060. House signposted from B4060.
