Drybeck Hall

You will know what real country is like when you visit Drybeck Hall. Visitors are always amazed by the beauty and quietness of this listed Grade II* traditional stone farmhouse in the Upper Eden Valley - a sanctuary from the rigours of modern day living in which you are assured of the warmest welcome, the finest food (hosts always dine with guests) and a spiritual tranquillity.

Once settled into comfortable bedrooms, both with far reaching views to the Yorkshire Dales, guests are offered tea in the pretty front garden or in the main sitting room. This imposing room has a beef baulk above the fireplace, which crackles with logs in winter. This cross-passage house has original exposed beams in every room.

Guest are welcome to use the adjoining tennis court, stretch their legs in the flower and vegetable garden up the hill behind the house,
or simply wander off to absorb the
beautiful landscape.
