Speddoch

Standing in extensive grounds, surrounded by magnificent trees, with distant views to hills beyond, Speddoch is a Scottish house of unusual character. The house has been lived in by successive generations of the same family for around 300 years so there is a warm and welcoming family spirit here with easy hospitality.

The cosy rooms with low ceilings, log fires and watercolour paintings by previous family members, give a relaxed and comfortable feel which is echoed in the two, twin bedded rooms. From the bedroom windows, guests may survey the large lawn and the azaleas and rhododendrons, which are ablaze with colour in late spring. The grounds also provide varied walks in the amenity woods and there are seating areas where guests can pause and rest.
