Corranmor House

Corranmor, a traditional white painted stone house, sits on top of the hill with panoramic sea loch, island and hill views and incorporates the original 12th century croft as the drawing room.

On arrival, guests receive a proper Highland welcome to this working farm, with tea and home made cakes and are shown to their traditionally furnished, warm, ground floor bedrooms. One is a suite attached to the main house with a double bedroom, small single and a bathroom. The other is across the courtyard and has its own sitting room and bathroom.

The dining and drawing rooms are beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and large fires. The deep red dining room shows off picturs and furniture beautifully and the views, with the ever-changing light, are exceptional.

The colourful, five acre garden, comprises both formal and wild areas, carpeted with spectacular daffodils and bluebells in spring. Around 600 greese graze the surrounding land and are brough in at night.
