The Old Windmill
A visit is essential to experience the ambience of The Old Windmill.
It is a charming and unique home comprising a converted windmill
built in stone quarried from the site. The house is a listed building
that has been extended to make a fascinating home offering luxurious
accommodation. It sits on the edge of a tranquil two acre quarry
garden that is a haven for wildlife.
Sheila and Mike offer three delightful en suite rooms, two doubles
and one twin, a large drawing room, a round dining room in the windmill
tower and a spacious breakfast room. As you can see on the web site,
some rooms are tastefully furnished with antiques whilst others
boast the best of modern furniture for unrivalled comfort. Guests
are welcome to bring their own wine.
The Old Windmill is 12 miles from Stratford and Worcester, within
easy access of The Costwolds, the National Exhibition Centre and
Warwick.
Inkberrow is on A422 between Worcester and Alcester. In the centre
of Inkberrow, turn up Stonepits Lane (right travelling from Stratford,
left from Worcester). Turn left at crossroads. The Old Windmill
is third property on right.
