Upper Buckton
Set in 400 acres of the unspoilt Teme Valley, this elegant Georgian
farmhouse looks south over the river towards Wigmore Rolls. It is
surrounded by a beautiful garden complete with ha-ha, millstream
and 12th century motte. The attractively decorated rooms are full
of antiques and paintings collected over many years.
Yvonne is an imaginative cook preparing traditional and Cordon
Bleu meals of a superb standard. Hayden and Yvonne have been welcoming
guests into their gracious home for 20 years and many keep returning.
Being situated in the historic Welsh Marches, visitors find many
interesting places to visit including Ludlow, Croft and Stokesay
Castles and the Black and White villages of Herefordshire, National
Trust properties and gardens. No pets or smoking in the house please.
